LIBERTLY GLOBAL LLC (“BARAVEL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit www.baravel.co (the “Site”) or contact us. We sell BARAVEL products to customers throughout the United States.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:
Contact and support information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, subject, Amazon order number, and photographs or files you choose to send with a support request.
Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page, and dates and times of visits, where collected by Wix or enabled Site tools.
Cookie and similar-technology information as described in our Cookie Notice.
Communications contained in emails or other messages you send us and our replies.
Amazon handles payment and purchase information for orders placed through Amazon. BARAVEL does not ask you to send payment-card details through the Site’s support form. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the Site or our support email.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve the Site; respond to questions and support or warranty requests; verify order details related to support; understand Site performance where analytics are enabled; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
If you separately choose to subscribe to BARAVEL marketing emails, we may use your email address to send brand news and occasional messages for holidays or special occasions. Subscribing is optional and is not required to contact Support or purchase a product. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting private@baravel.co. We will not add you to the marketing list just because you contacted Support or made a purchase.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that help host, secure, operate, or support the Site, manage communications, or provide analytics. We may also disclose information to Amazon when needed to address an order-related support issue; to professional advisers or authorities when legally necessary; or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
The Site is not configured by BARAVEL to use advertising pixels or cross-site targeted-advertising tools. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement must be updated if advertising or tracking tools are later enabled.
Cookies and similar technologies
Wix and the Site may use essential technologies for security and basic operation. Other analytics or third-party technologies may be used only if enabled in the Site configuration. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to you, managing support and warranty records, meeting legal requirements, resolving disputes, and protecting the Site. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it is kept. We do not currently publish a fixed retention period for each category.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, the nature of our business, and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; receive a copy; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. Some state laws also provide rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain uses of sensitive information. These rights and exceptions vary by state and may apply only to businesses meeting specific legal requirements.
To make a privacy request, email private@baravel.co with the subject “Privacy Request,” or write to us at the address below. Tell us your state of residence and what you are requesting. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and process your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact private@baravel.co with the subject “Child Privacy Request.”
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update its effective date. If a change materially affects how we use or disclose personal information, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by law.
