Using the Site
The Site provides information about BARAVEL products, materials, care, and customer support. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site’s operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or collect information from the Site without permission.
BARAVEL products are accessories and do not include alcoholic beverages. Any alcohol-related content is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their location. Please drink responsibly.
Products and purchases
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Natural wood varies in grain, tone, color, and markings, so individual pieces may differ from website photographs.
Purchases are completed through Amazon or another marketplace, not through this Site. The marketplace’s terms and policies govern checkout, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations. Product availability, prices, and specifications may change. Please check the current product listing before purchasing.
Warranty and support
BARAVEL products may be covered by the written warranty provided with the product or described on our Support page at https://www.baravel.co/customer-support. The warranty does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
A BARAVEL warranty request is separate from a marketplace return or refund. Please contact us before mailing a product. Our correspondence address is not a product-return address. For support, email private@baravel.co or use the support form on our Site.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, product descriptions, and design are owned by BARAVEL or used with permission. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use them without permission, except where applicable law allows.
Third-party websites
The Site may link to Amazon, social networks, video providers, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. BARAVEL does not control their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Information you submit
You are responsible for having the right to submit any message, photograph, or other material you send us.
